I think this brand of Tumeric is very effective and easy to take in the tablet form. The ingredients are natural and really help with my swelling in my legs and feet.

I like that this product is organic, has black pepper, and is a good strength. Each dose takes 3 capsules. Other turmeric supplements I have used also have a 3 capsules dosage. I haven't used this brand long enough to be certain it is powerful enough.
