Z-Line Delano L Computer Desk

The manufacturer packaged this set very well, so it arrived fully intact. The directions are some of the best I've seen on RTA furniture, and I've been a tech writer for over 20 years. I was pleased to see that the small parts were separated into their own packages, rather than all dumped in one; that made it much easier to find the right part when I needed it. Assembly went smoothly, and I'm quite pleased with the desk. My 13" inkjet is on one side, my scanner on the other, my large monitor on the shelf, and my Mac Pro on the floor below. There is no cable management system provided with the desk, but I can work that out on my own. I highly recommend this desk.

My brother has a glass top desk so I decided to purchase one. Did not take too long to assemble even for one person; though two would be better. Put it in place in my study. Am quite pleased though I am not too sure center glass section needs to be elevated. A lot of times pencils and paper seem to make their way through the openings and end up on the floor. Find I have to wash the surface more often due to accumulation of finger prints and food. Use it for eating my meals; do not have a dining room table! Other than that I am quite satisfied.

Took me over 10 hours to put this together - not a good desk. Spend a little bit more money and get something a little higher quality - you wont regret it.

Nice desk handling was rough can I get an extra set of hardware for the corner so I can raise the corner please ?

Just received this today. Haven't assembled it yet, as it is a gift for the wife. Glass is intact, no scratches or chips, and all parts seem to be here.One complaint so far, and this is probably not the manufacturer's fault- the box was torn to shreds at the corners. I was amazed at there was no damage.One thing to note, if this will be a surprise: the packaging has "z-line" written all over it, and a giant picture of the desk on one side.Will edit and update after assembly tonight.

Despite what some other reviewers have posted I found this desk to be very easy to set up without instructions. Everything was labeled and bubble packed parts made assembly a dream. The packaging was great in that everything was secure but there is plenty of it. I think I spent about 45 minutes from unpacking to setting up my gaming rig. All the tools needed are provided along with extra parts if something was missing or lost. Over all I think this is a great choice for those looking for a more modern look without breaking the budget.

The desk looks nice and was fairly easily to assemble. I'm 6 feet tall and find there is just enough leg room under the desk when I am typing. I rarely bump the crossbar with my shins. My only complaint is that this desk does not provide a solid work surface. Even the slightest contact with the desk is noticeable. It's bad enough that my monitors shake when I type. My desk sits on wood blocks on carpet so that my contribute. (Weighing down the feet or adding diagonal support may help but it doesn't bother me enough to mess with it yet.)

Desk is modern, sleek, and easy to assemble. You can assemble the entire desk by yourself if you are comfortable lifting and aligning the main glass pieces (about 35 pounds each).I had to contact Z-Line Designs customer service because one of my glass pieces was damaged. The customer service rep was great and shipped out the replacement glass within about a day. I am a very satisfied customer.
