Well I am definitely a beginner and didn't even know where to start. My beloved companion of 12 years Mya a beautiful corgi went to doggie heaven in February and my heart was broken. Lost not knowing what to do. My mind was full of beautiful memories so I thought let me put those memories on paper.. writing? Drawing? Neither of which I have ever done before, so I said lets give drawing a try. 😊 first things first ..pencils...the most important thing if you ask me... so came across this set and let me tell you they were perfect. Don't know if my love for Mya made the pencils glide through the pages but literally it seemed effortless. They have several options to use for drawing, shading, sketching etc. I love them!.. I am not an artist but they sure make my simple sketches fun to make. I highly recommend them. Now my story is far from over but then again this is a review about the pencils. But I have a feeling I will be buying more and more of them as my memories keep flowing. Great product!

It worth every penny!The eraser is the best I had tried so far !!!It is a pity that they don’t sell it separate, I would by again and again.

There are A LOT of hardness and some variety of pencils. Most of the pencils are graphite. The box and tray would be excellent for gifting. I gave two or three pencils to each art student for a Christmas break gift. Very well received.

This was a gift and when it arrived one of the pencils was broken. Ordered the second set and it was delivered without any damage. The person who received them was very pleased with the quality and usability.

i own a LOT of drawing pencils since i spend so much time drawing now that we’re in quarantine, but these are genuinely my favorite. they do sometimes have a habit of skipping if not sharpened right, but it’s not a big enough issue for it to effect anything. the range is amazing and the pencils themselves feel so nice on paper

I gave this to my teenage granddaughter who enjoys art (along with a nice sketchbook) for her birthday. It arrived on the day it was scheduled. It’s always so hard for me to choose gifts for teenagers (other than gift cards). But she was genuinely happy about this gift, told me several times how she couldn’t wait to try the different pencils! So I definitely recommend this as a gift for anyone who wants to sketch!

Great selection of the most used pencil number.The lead/charcoal is very good unless desired by blending. Great pencils for the price and starting out.I love it.
