They work, but still have to trim them down to fit my collars.

Extras in case i loose one they work great. Great for preacher who like myself don't like the full collar shirt.

Good fit, durable collar at a good value.
Bright white with a bit of a texture that seems durable. Bends well to fit the shirt collar. It does fit snugly, but I appreciate it not being loose in the shirt collar. Length is just fine for all three versions of my tab collar shirts. Good value; will purchase again when needed.
