Overall great pre workout but
Apple and lime is gross. All the other flavours are great but avoid this one. Taste like a cleaning product

Tried it with espresso, percolated and it works wonders. Also works with water as a calmer.

Great pre workout but the taste. Not awful but not nice either. Think of other things and down it.

Absolute rip off!
First of all I'd like to say it was my fault for not checking the weight of this item. Had I known it was 100g I would have certainly ordered something else. This only have 5 servings which will be finished in less than a month. Please note that you are paying for a 100g version of this preworkout hence the reason why the price Is lower, but I would strongly advice you to invest a few more quid which will get you double the size of preworkout with the same amount of ingredients. For the weight you are paying for, you are being ripped off, stay away from it!

Great stuff
After struggling to get through my workouts due to depleted energy levels, I opted for this as my pre workout and it didn’t disappoint! My workouts are not only completed but I feel like I could keep going, it tastes good, mixes easily and I would definitely recommend!

Schmeckt, wirkt und sehr angemessen vom Preis. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Bei mir löst's ein leichtes kribbeln aus (nach 15min bei nicht voller Menge auf 76kg /185m) was die treibende Motivation bringt sich sportlich zu betätigen um dieses kribbeln loszuwerden.

Tal i com diuen altres comentaris, tant el sabor com la olor (del poma i llima) són horribles. En quant a la composició, a priori és bona però com a pre-entrenament, trobo que no dóna l’energia que aconsegueixo amb els de la marca ON

Flavour is good, it’s Not too sweet and has a very good kick in training. Recommend also buying extra Beta alanine& Taurine from bulk and adding it to the mixture.
