This retro style men's plastic frame starts with our custom palette of handmade Japanese and Italian acetate which is then precision milled to the highest tolerance possible and put through our thermoforming process to provide a more three-dimensional look. The frames are then tumbled in a variety of mediums for a minimum of 72 hours and finally finished by our team of Japanese artisans using a hand polishing process. The temples start with a CH pete punk stud band that transitions to the acetate temple midsection that is decorated with two .925 sterling silver plus inlays. The transition from the temple midsection to the end tip is decorated with a .925 sterling silver plus cap. The temple then transitions to a beta-titanium exposed core that enhances fit and comfort by adding flexibility. Another .925 sterling silver detail transitions from the corewire to the handmade acetate temple tip.
