Without this product, I'd be up at least 2-3 times per night to use the bathroom. I had tried the Purewick system and hated it. No matter where I placed the external catheter, an inch adjustment here, an inch there, it really leaked. This underwear kept me super dry with no leaks. Very comfortable, just use your regular size in clothing for the best fit. Glad to have tried these, highly recommend.

I have tried lots of other brands and nothing compared to TENA PULL-UPS I been using them for years. They look and wear like regular underwear .

Following the size chart the XL should fit but these are to large so I have to get a smaller size
