Instant reduction in fast and irregular heart rate
Got these after hearing some advice on d-ribose, as someone else has said the manufacturer has done their homework. I have had a-fib for months now and was on verge of going to A &E not feeling at all well. This seemed to work immediately after first tablet. Now feeling much more comfortable and a lot less short of breath and heart rate is not as fast or audible. I highly recommend this for anyone with heart problems alongside magnesium.

Holy Grail for Fibromyalgia/M.E Fatigue
This is the only supplement I've come across that combines the right substances for severe fatigue type symptoms .Dr Rachel Myhill recommends these ingredients and she is a specialist M.E doc in Scotland. At this price it's really great value and far more cost effective than buying them all separately.I've not had them for the past few months due to lack of funds and I've really really missed them, it's not a cure and it doesn't stop all fatigue but with persistence, pacing and taking care they can really enhance life and take the edge off that crippling fatigue where you can't stand up. I've started dog walking again after 2 years of being housebound. Well worth a try if you are at your wits end but it give it time to work properly. Good luck 🤞

Essential supplement if you suffer with chronic fatigue
I've been suffering with debilitating fatigue for years. I read in a book that the contents of this product are essential for mitochondria function, so decided to give this a try. I can honestly say that since taking cardiodefence I am noticing a significant positive improvement in how I feel. I am not cured of my chronic fatigue but I don't feel like I have an awful hangover on a daily basis. I think this product coupled with pacing and rest is a good way forward for me to manage my chronic fatigue.

£192 a year!
It should be more clear that this is just a single months supply, the emphasis on 90 capsules gives the wrong impression. Although there are studies which support this particular combination of supplements as having a cardioprotective affect, they’re not definitive. The idea of taking these is as a prophylactic, i.e. to prevent future problems. As such, you are committing to a life long habit . If you are convinced of their efficacy then £192 a year is probably a small price to pay for reducing your risk of heart disease but the evidence is not incontrovertible. Just be aware of the annual cost.

Difficult to assess.
I'm 51, and bought these as part of a regime to improve my health. I have diabetes and mid rift visceral fat. High risk, so trying make changes and include researched supplements that indicate a range of benefits, including these. Thing is, my thinking is that I may not recognise a noticeable difference but that using these will be more subtle long term. So for me any way I think it's a good idea to take them as part of a wider ranging health regime. But periodically we all have the obligation and responsibility to check that anything we decide is going into our body of our own volition has scientific backing. I've also changed the way I look at my diet, and try not think about what I want that's tasty, but what kind of nutrition I can add, so changed to marine collagen and quality beef organ supplements as part of that, Along with, a few portions of fish and lots of vegetables. Will it work? I don't know, but I was still alive at the time of writing this. 😊
