For me, this product works and it works really well! There is a small catch. The first couple times I tried it- you get a tingling sensation, it gave me a little bit of anxiety not knowing exactly what was going on… But by the second or third time I took this supplement, as long as I’m calm and ready to go to sleep, it’s lights out. Now, you’re not going to be able to sleep through an emergency like Xanax or something but for me it made going to sleep sooooo much easier.

If you have trouble sleeping AND want a fat burner, this is for you! I really wasnt even looking for a fat burner per se, but heard so many people like Lee Priest talk about it helping him sleep I had to try it. Love it!!! Sleep like a baby and burns fat... whats not to love!

I’ve gone through an entire bottle. It is very good for sleep, but if you’re looking for some magic pill to burn fat while you sleep, this isn’t it.

I usually have trouble sleeping and melatonin doesnt always do the trick but these suckers.... I SLEEP LIKE AN ANGEL with them. If I have to be up sooner than a full 8 hours of sleep, there is a slight grogginess but overall that's never an issue. Love these!

I take this about an hour before bed and can feel its effects with in 30-45 minutes I'm drowsy and ready to go to la la land.. solid product
