Arrived in perfect condition. It was well packed and easy to unpack. It came with instructions including a link to a short video explaining assembly which took only a couple of minutes. It worked perfectly the first time I used it. It is easy to operate and works great. The glass design is pleasant to look. I love the idea of having the oils contained where it will not interact with another substance such as plastic. It is a great marriage of form and function.

Made beautifully however for me it didn’t work well as it needed to be cleaned all the time.

I’m not inclined to write reviews but I am so pleased with this little device that I have to do it. This is the best diffuser ever. No water needed, a few drops of oil go a looong way! The fragrance is spread throughout the room evenly. It’s very easy to use and it looks pretty anywhere you choose to place it. I highly recommend it!

Please watch my comparison video with another product I bought on Amazon. The Aromis nebulizer is high quality. The motor is only really loud at the highest setting which I don’t ever imagine I will be using. The only flaw is even in the lower setting the diffusing ability is too intense. It goes through a lot of oil way too fast! I like the Everyday Alchemy diffuser better because the motor is not as powerful. Update: I ended up returning my original diffuser and getting a second one because the rubber stopper in the base disintegrated. I found the vial shape matters to help you conserve oils! The oils diffuse and pool back differently depending on the shape of the vessel. I do not recommend the round one (Eros) I have in the video nor the skinnier one with the decorative groove pattern (Vitis). These waste oils! Once you get to the bottom with oils on Eros, it makes a funny slurping sound. Oil residue collects on the grooves in the Vitis. This seems like wasted product that should have been burned! Even the plug is useless because oil collects on there and doesn't fall back into the vial. The only vial I recommend is the Merus shape with the plug topper off.

I absolutely love this diffuser!! Even on the lowest setting the scent is really strong. I love that you don’t have to add water. It’s easy to clean and maintain. Definitely worth the money.

I initially liked this product so much, I bought a 2nd two months later. Both have completely stopped working. I tried all the advice for cleaning, alcohol etc nothing. I would not recommend this product at all.

This diffuser worked really well. Even on the lowest setting the essential oils will permeate my home.

This diffuser used a lot of oils and didn't have a timer or remote. I knew it didn't have a remote but I bought another diffuser that has a remote. I did not realize the convenience of the remote. I gave 3 stars primarily because of the oil usage. I spent a lot on oils while using thus diffuser.
