Had I written this after our first purchase of these bags it would have received 5* for durability and sturdiness. However, some of our second pack of 3 have been torn when opened.That being said they really do a good job and cannot understand what people who have given them low scores have been using them for. Some have said they dissolve when wet. Never experienced this, but neither have I tried to fill them with masses of liquid waste.Agree they don’t have a tie, but I never totally fill them so there is always plenty of empty bag to knot securely. As a couple we use 2 or 3 on average per week but I guess a family of 4 would change most days.I think some reviewers are using them in bins that are too large.Will certainly purchase again.

What can you say. It’s a bin liner and does what you bought it for.

As the food waste bags provided by the local council are as useful as a chocolate teapot, I decided to purchase high quality food waste bags. These don't split or seep. They easily transfer from bin to bin and are infinitely better than the council provided ones. These would be 5 star if they were cheaper. Spending over a tenner on food waste bags does seem extravagant - but they do make life easier.

Better value than in the shops, where the prices are ridiculous. They fit my small council provided caddy.Just need to remember to tuck the tops in when putting out for collection or the bag will stay in place!
