Low cost replacement
These eyeball jets were about half the price of others I found on Amazon and they work perfectly. They are compatible with the original Hayward jets on my pool, so I only needed to change out the eyeball and outer collar.

Not as presented
The picture of the product here shows 5 different jet fittings. I only received 1 fitting. So, do not think you will get what you see.The product works as I expected, but, I did expect to have more options as shown in the image.I dinged it because the product received was not up to par with what was pictured.Update 5/31/2014: A comment was made (since removed) regarding this review. I feel I must clarify my earlier review a bit further.The product worked perfectly. In fact I have added a star..... now at 4. My earlier ding was too aggressive, I will admit.Let's be real clear here.... the picture that is shown with the 5 selections is NOT what is shown once you place the product in your cart. In your cart, you only see the 1-1/2 inch white fitting - which is correct. In my case that was fine, and I ordered.My ding of one star is due to the fact that the initial picture shows 5 different fittings....It should only show the one that is for sale. Just think if every item sold on Amazon was like this.....The seller needs to correct the initial picture. And for that, I dinged 1 star.

Amazing flow
I added a larger pump on my pool and the old 1/2" Jets were resting it a bunch. These fixed that and now I'm getting much better flow into my pool.It will lower the strength of the stream coming into the pool if your pump isn't big enough to push that much water. I have a variable speed 1 1/2 hp pump so that wasn't an issue for me. I can still see the water swirling around my entire 40,000 gal pool with only 2 Jets.
