Tikka Masala 2.0 oz - Zamouri Spices

Really good! I marinate cut chicken with a tablespoon of this, some pepper, lime juice and 5 cloves of garlic overnight in fridge. The next evening, dice one sweet onion and cook it with a stick of butter in skillet for a couple of minutes, Cook your marinated chicken for 10 minutes and reduce heat to low & add one more tablespoon of this spice, a little sea salt, a squirt of Siracha (for extra spice), a can of petite diced tomatoe and a can of tomato sauce and cook with lid on for 30 minutes stirring occassionaly. When done add a pint of half & half & chopped cilantro. Awesome!

Excellent! I really love it, indeed! And I keep adding it to everything it may fit in.But it seems to be a kind of "too mild spice" (meaning "not intense") to be really authentic. And it feels more like an "americanized version" of Tikka Masala. But of course, the best Tikka Masala is that one you prepare yourself. Nevertheless, it has a very pleasant and well balanced taste. And this may be exactly the reason why it's so much liked by everybody I've cooked for.Then, by adjusting its amount in a dish, you may give your food a kick without imposing too much of unfamiliar taste for your guests. And finally, it blends well with the other spices (I've tried it with Italian, Mexican, Chinese, and Russian spices! It works!). Recommend!

I like flavorful food, & I have been looking for that special spice to make an Indian or Mediterranean flavoured dish. I've never even heard of this stuff. When I was in the restaurant one day and smelled it I asked him what the smell was and they told me it was this spice. The stuff smells good and it tastes good. I just don't want to eat too much and smell like it. I will shower as often as I can and scrub of soap well.

Was looking for this and one other Indian spice, since I am from a small city I couldnt seem to find them anywhere. Found them on Amazon, exactly what I was looking for. The ordering process was easy and the product arrived on time. So happy I was able to find this spice!

I am a little bit of a Chicken Tikka Masala addict and have been making it for basically the past four years, each time trying to push it to a higher level of tasty. I've settled on a pretty great recipe, and have been seeking to streamline the preparation process so I can spend more time eating and less time cooking, so I thought I'd give this a try. I ended up having to put in about three tablespoons to get the dish flavorful enough, and for the amount you get for the price, I don't think I will buy it again. It's fine if you can afford it, but I can't, and frankly I like the masala I've made on my own better.

This Tikka Massala is wonderful when ½ teaspoon is mixed with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise! It's great as a dip, mixed into steamed vegetables, spread on bread. This is a fantastic spice combination and I will never be without it again!!!

I'm not an expert at cooking or anything, but following a few recipes on the internet, this gives that perfect flavor to Chicken Tikka Masala.

this is the best tikka masala spice i've ever used. next to making your end, this is a great choice. its great on everything!
