Best Shark Vacuum I’ve Ever Owned!!
I own a Shark Pet Lift Away Professional Series (red/white color), have had it for at least 6-7 years and I LOVE IT! The only downside is, with 2 dogs, an Aussie/Boarder collie mix, a Boxer & long haired cat, I have to vacuum a lot + empty the canister after 1 room! Not to mention the constant cutting of the hair wrap on the brush roll-Ugh! Enter the Shark Navigator—which was on sale, with a self cleaning brush roll + a bigger canister! You guys, I vacuumed on 4/15, received the new Shark on 4/16, re-vacuumed the house & the pic included shows the amount of dirt/dust/hair left over from me vacuuming on 4/15! Check out the NO HAIR on the brush roll! I’m super impressed with this vacuum! • Downside: no lights on this model, compete design flaw on Shark’s end. I went ahead and purchased mini button lights on Amazon & stuck them on the vacuum(you can see the placement in pic), works like a charm! You can purchase them here Amazon: https://amzn.to/3gnn0b0 • Only one tool fits onboard this model, as opposed to 2 tools fitting on my previous model. I believe it’s due to space from the 3x larger canister. • A little bit heavier than my other Shark, but so much easier to maneuver, this vacuum will slide all the way down to get under furniture, tables, etc...works on hardwoods and area rugs like a dream. Has great swivel technology. Very happy with my purchase, I own a lot of Shark products and they’ve never let me down:The Shark upright cordless duo hard floor vac with self cleaning brush roll and the Shark Carpet & hard wood floor cleaner. Shark is the best product on the market for all your cleaning needs. If you have pets, you need the Shark Navigator self cleaning brush roll vacuum! The suction power is amazing + it has edge to edge cleaning power. Grab the refurb one for a great price! For those saying the cord/hose isn’t long enough, as a Shark owner, those 2 things are as long as my other vacuum.

Great for pet owners
Amazing vacuum. Works great on cat litter and hair. Pros: Suction, cup capacity, lightweight, no cat litter kick-backs Cons: Size (sort of) I have 4 cats and a dog, meaning I need something that can pick up pet hair and cat litter. I bought this to replace a Shark Rocket that finally kicked the bucket after years of battling Great Pyrenees hair. I loved the Rocket too, but this one (Navigator Zero-M) is much more powerful and has a larger dust-cup capacity. I love that the Navigator doesn't "kick back" cat litter at you like some other vacuums do. It all goes in, even if you're cleaning up a big pile of litter an over-zealous kitty dug out of the box. Even with a bunch of heavy cat litter and hair in the cup, it doesn't lose suction. I could probably clean the whole 1200sqft house in one pass if I wanted. Suction power is adjustable via a slider in case you need a little less suck for a thin doormat or something (reminds me of a carpet height dial some other vacuums have but better). The hard floor setting keeps the brushes moving too so it can pick up debris that is stuck to the floor like mud-crusted leaf pieces. The self-cleaning bristles seem to actually be self-cleaning, too! No more hair-wrap! The only cons I can think of (that I wouldn't even have thought of if I wasn't so attached to the old Shark Rocket) are that this doesn't slide under the bed like a stick vacuum, and it's a little harder to use in stairs. But I'm sure I can fix both of this things by buying an attachment. Overall I'm super happy with this vacuum. Compared to the Shark Rocket and the Miele I've used before, this Navigator is my favorite. Plus, I bought it renewed for a great discount!

Nice vacuum, so far so good.
I have family that oddly seems to shed a lot of hair. That means that I was continually cutting out hair from rollers on vacuums, especially from the Dyson, which greatly increased the vacuuming time. The self-cleaning feature on this vacuum actually worked. I never had to clean the roller even once. Lightweight, powerful everything seemed great. But after 18 months the roller stopped working completely and not because it was clogged as I could spin it with my hand easily. The main vacuum motor turns on and produces suction, but the roller does not turn. And apparently, it's not easy to fix a Shark vacuum. Edit - After reading the troubleshooting, it appears that you can reset a sensor to get the motor to run again. You do so by putting handle to the floor.

Excellent condition - missing one part
Appearance of the vacuum and all of it's accompanying parts, filters, etc. is the same condition as brand new and the vacuum works well on it's initial use. (1) part was missing from the vacuum which was visually obvious. It was the lower hose clamp that secures the hose close to the body of the vacuum. With many of these shark parts being difficult to find I was lucky that I had purchased this same model vacuum as the one I was replacing and that I was able to remove the hose clamp from that long and well-used vacuum and install it onto this one with no problem.

So far so great for a refurbished. Plenty of suction power. Maneuver fine. It's a pretty awesome vacuum.
