Is the handlebar height adjustable?

Hi Jason, no, the handlebar height is not adjustable. Once the handle-bar grips come to anywhere between the hips and the under-arms of the rider, they should be able to ride comfortably. Plenty of adults as tall as 6foot+ ride our Y Flikers and have great fun while getting plenty of exercise and fresh air :)

Would this be ok on a gravel road?

It would probably work ok for a crushed gravel like a forest preserve path, but would be difficult to get started and maintain momentum, but a true gravel road would not work well. It works really well on our smooth pavement.

What size is for an adult?

These are large enough for adults to ride.
