Healthy choice for breakfast as alternative to only eggs !

I have been eating this cereal for years. It is probably the healthiest cereal on the market, but does cost more than others. Grocery stores in my area quit carrying it I guess because it is expensive. But it has everything you want in a cereal, like sprouted whole grains! Read the label…nothing but ingredients good for the body. That said, I wish Amazon would pack them better as the box arrives in sad shape and the contents more crushed than they should be. So I probably won’t be ordering this item anymore from Amazon. I know Amazon is trying to reduce packing materials but some items need a little bit of packing.

I love that it’s sprouted which makes it easier to digest and lowers the glycemic index which is related to the rise in blood glucose level a few hours after you eat.

Each box was sealed in a plastic bag to keep them fresher for longer.
