The Creative Arts in Counseling

This book literally tells you nothing new. If your client is interested in writing, have him describe his conflict in a story. If he likes dance, have him compare his life to a certain style of dance. Nothing groundbreaking here, folks.

I used this text for a class, but it is so easy to read and delightful I would recommend it class or no class. Amazingly brilliant ideas to add fun, creative and therapeutic twists into the counseling world.
