Fun but not work...
Safety yes, they play fight like star wars fun but the led light is not work properly. They keep hits each other led light stay on not light go off they complains, dead and say cheat they fight together. So i say the led light not work properly.

Easily broken
1 baton broke within minutes, no longer lights up. Second baton followed same day. Remaining two baton are still going strong

Good idea; bad quality
Nice idea and the kids like the concept. Sadly, considering the price, the equipment is very flimsy and breaks easily. I can understand that the swords are not designed for bashing each other but they split very easily and quickly. Also, wrist bands lasted five minutes before the poorly designed clasp broke. I have used sticky tap to put everything back together but the wrist bands are going to be hard to fix. Shame the build quality is so poor as the games are fun.
