Everything about this product is perfect!It installed so easily in my business bathroom, is extremely sturdy, looks sleek and is low-profile. The paper towels I bought to go with this fit perfectly, and only one comes out at a time, like they should! The only problem is, I came back to buy more for my home bathrooms and the price has tripled from the $6.30 that I paid -having the item ship directly from Amazon. It is now only available from third party sellers so I guess I'll wait for Amazon to stock it again and lower the price so I can buy 3 more! I like this dispenser a lot. I have it on my fridge for quick dispensing of napkins/towels and it looks a little nicer than most of these type dispensers. I hate lugging bulky paper towel rolls home from the store, and even though I'm super good at tearing off sheets with one hand, I'd rather have folded towels shipped to me and use a dispenser like this. I do still keep a roll available for foolish guests to use.It comes with some mounting-tape strips and you can also use the included mounting screws for a more durable installation. I used their mounting tape which seems secure but I added more strips of my own. There is "keyed" slot that is normally use to open/reload the dispenser, however, you can replace that with an included plastic "button" which makes sense when used in the home. It's fair to mention that instructions included with mine seem to refer to a slightly older design, and the steps for installing the release button were wrong but it's not hard to figure out.

We've been using this product for the past week. Due to the virus we wanted to have easy access to paper towels and wanted the single use instead of the roll. This has worked for us. I didn't realize that I needed to order a smaller size paper towel but we still made it work. I bought a regular size paper towel and then just placed it an an angle so that it would work. At first I feared it wouldn't work but it did, you just have less room since at an angle and will only fit one pack of the paper towels (but it works). If you would like to fit more than one pack and not hassle with the paper towels then just purchase the smaller sized paper towels.

I purchased 4 of these when the Covid-19 pandemic started. They are perfect. Easy to install. Easy to refill. Much easier to use than the paper towels on the roll. I care for an sick elderly parent so keeping them safe during these time is of the utmost importance. The only thing I reccommend is that you are very attentive when installing more than one stack of paper towels because if you are not paying attention the top stack can tilt or fall out and you definitely don't want that. To be safe use your other hand to elevate the door so that if it does tilt out it will land inside the cover and not on the floor.

Very disappointed i was hoping to use this for my business but when i went to use the generic sams club brand papertowels it didnt fit in the dispenser. Is it because you want me to buy Scott brand only? It's paper let people use whatever they want.

I agree with samir, the instructions for swapping out the key lock button for the push button release is not well written.What you have to squeeze the base of the button and then push it out from the other side. Without squeezing neither button will come out.These size towels are almost as big as the other folded type, and pack into a thinner package so the dispenser sticks out less, is flatter to the wall.This dispenser works well where it will be seen, such as a kitchen, is less industrial looking than others.Press hard on the dispenser towards the wall to insure the double sided tape holds it well.You could add some velcro or more double side tape.We did not need to add anything else.But Velcro will hold the dispenser out from the wall, tape is much thinner for a closer mount.
