This necklace is as cute as they come! I do wish it came in a simple necklace box for gift giving. It comes in a cardboard sleeve that says “I love you” in big letters so I can see this being awkward to just gift to anyone. It’s worth getting your own gift box though. Super cute, great price.

Bought the silver one and crossed my fingers! It was so cute! I added on my own new extender before presenting it as a gift for my daughters doctor. Her doctor was thrilled! She put it right on. The heart side of the chain was attached to the stethoscope loop so it can’t fall out as some early reviews had mentioned. Not sure how it wears though but i was happy to give it as a gift.

The necklace was bigger than what I expected - even after reading the reviews, but it was still VERY nice! I can't wait to give this to my daughter who just became an RN. I think she's going to love it.

Necklace broke on the first day. I bought this to wear to my nurse friend's funeral, a way to connect one last time. The part that connects the chain to the stethoscope is weak, and broke when a friend was straightening it on my neck. (mind you, for 5 bucks, it was a cute buy, if I wanted good quality I should buy better options, which I why I gave it 3/5)

Beautiful necklace! This is a great gift to give a nurse for a special holiday or their birthday. It’s also a great idea for a gift to give at their pinning ceremony/graduation. Or even just to a nurse that took care of you and did an incredible job.
