Will not work.
So far not so good.We are/we in the process of setting up two of these phones for our children's Christmas presents.I work in the Tech industry so not completely incapable.One comes up with the message shown in the picture, the other we get a little further. Currently not fit for purpose.Tesco is now showing out of stock.

Superfast delivery. Great phone
Arrived super fast. Communication with seller very good. Set up was easy on my phone with app. Any queries on app can be dealt with straight away with company through phone or open chat message. Looks great just like my phone, not toyish! Even though i think my daughter at 9 is too young for a mobile, she wanted to keep in touch with me when visiting her dad &friends. It can also be used for watching wildlife videos which she loves. This is a great phone as i can control the apps, internet, etc and also control who her contacts are which is very appropriate for young age . I've not given it to her yet as saving for xmas now but i know she will be super excited.

the worst phone ever!!! dont buy
brand new phone, has been in use for 6 months and suddenly stopped working. No wifi or mobile data connection. I spent weeks trying to obtain any technical support but in vain. No phone numbers either. The child is understandably upset and no means of fixing it. The only solution is NOT to buy anything from this company. Awful non-existing service and a phone that lasts 6 months!!!

Good idea but falls short
The technology can be slow and sometimes the status/GEO location/contacts will not update. The battery life is poor. The idea is good but overall the phone has been a disappointment to me and my child who is begging me to purchase an alternative phone.

It's a gift!
Don't let the 4 star rating put you off, it's only because it's been bought as a gift and I won't get a full evaluation from the end user until after Christmas. Up to now I can say that the phone arrived on time and well packaged. The phone looked very smart out of the box and there were no issues with the set up. It also arrived with some helpful information about contacts in the event of technical difficulties. Now just waiting for the approval of a tech savvy 9 year old!
