We received this as a gift and there are not enough of the tiny screws. How do we get more so we can finish assembling the robot?

I had to order a second one for extra parts, then returned the second one. After building it I found the 1st and 2nd were both missing parts. By the way I bought as a present that lasted 2 days. MADE IN CHINA junk!!! Amazon is now an American Ali Baba.

We assembled this. It turns on but can't move. What do we do now?
