Before I bought these hand grips, I was tearing up my hands doing toes to bar and other exercises. Since purchasing these I have not had any issues with my hands. Great overall protection and helps with grip on the bar. I have had no issues with this product, and I highly recommend this product!

This will be my second pair of BK, the first one that I had lasted 2.5years, where the carbon ones. I see a new clip for the strap that’s a very great and welcomed upgrade because the previous clip opened at one point and I had to close it by force with tools. Also this will prevent the strap from ripping I think. Also the strap now has decorative leather on top, unnecessary but nice touch (the green fluo part) Stills include a not so good and not trustworthy carabiner and the plastic bag with the worst easy open in the history of mankind but that is for free so we don’t complain about that. Due to packaging shipping storage or whatever, there’s some hard folds on my pair, I hope that with use they go away and don’t become a potencial weak spot. I’ll update when something happens.

I once loved my grips. I’m giving them 4 stars, but only bc they don’t work as well with certain kinds of pull up bars. They worked so great at my old gym which had normal metal pull up bars. Unfortunately they don’t work as well at my new gym which has the galvanized black coating on their bars. I have to apply a TON of chalk every time I take a break bc they get slippery. I might have to go for the leather ones now. Highly recommend for uncoated bars though. I also love the 3 holes vs. 2. They give me much better coverage, I never get rips!

Always great quality with Bear KompleX. They do wear easily but I got 2 solid years of almost daily use.

These Black Diamond 3 Hole Hand Grips offer solid protection for my hands during pull-ups, bar work, and CrossFit-style workouts. The durable material provides a strong grip without feeling too thick, and they help prevent rips and blisters. I am only giving 3 stars because they wear out pretty quickly and this after they take some time to break in. All in all they're perfect for about two months and then you will need a new pair. The sizing is also important—if they’re too big or small, they won’t feel as secure. Once broken in, though, they’re a great addition to any workout - for as long as they last.

I am very disappointed. The first picture if from my last purchase. I bought these ones 3-4 months ago and used them once per week without heavy use they lasted very little and start breaking after a month or two. The second picture is from my previous set of bear complex "hangers". I used them for almost 4 years and they hold up very nicely. After the good result of the first set i was totally sold on this brand. But with my most recent purchase it is clear that the quality and resistance of the product is subpar. The brand has changed in this last 4 years. Do not recommend if you train seriously.

Best for crossfit. Thickest padding. Leave it out on the sun afterwards to dry after a hard metcon.

Die Bear KompleX Grips waren sehr schnell da. Kaum ausgepackt, musste ich sie testen. Sie sind nicht das innovativste auf dem Markt, jedoch funktionieren sie wie beschrieben. Ich benötige kein Magnesium/Kreide, damit ich den nötigen Grip besitze. Nichts desto trotz nehme ich sie und es schadet nicht. Die Grips sind stabil und halten wahrscheinlich eine längere Zeit. Sehr gute Verarbeitung und sehr strapazierfähiges Material. Test lief über ca. 2-3 Monate. Die Größe XL ist hierbei für Hände der Größe 9-10 ausreichend.

Should have bought these earlier in my crossfit career instead of skimping on some cheap grips. Essential for high volume pullups, T2B etc. Cheaper than anywhere else I looked. Very happy with these.
