I absolutely LOVE this sports bar! It is sturdy and gives the Raptor an even more beasty look. Instructions were straight forward and the online video was easy to follow as well. The only issue I ran into was the holes which I had to drill were too high on the bed to where the flat nuts to hold the bolts on would not fit. I was able to use a different style of nut and got it to work. The only other issue is when using a tri-fold tonneau cover, there is a considerable raise where the base of the bar mounts to the bed. I was able to run a strip of thick weatherstripping along the inside ridge of the bedliner to seal the cover. Without it, there would be a gap under the cover at the point where the sports bar begins. Still, its unavoidable as you're mounting a thick base to the top of the bedliner. Other than that, awesome product and I highly recommend. This product gives a great look and at a VERY affordable price point.

Fairly easy install, took about 45 minutes to assemble, 20 minutes to install on truck. Already getting lots of compliments. There’s a rail on the top that makes installing lights very simple. I’d suggest installing the lights before installing on truck. My over the rail tonneau cover fits well in the channel, but be warned that you can only roll the cover up to the edge of the bar, so you lose about 20” of space in your bed if you have a cover. Seems pretty strong, the paint is thin, so be aware if you’re assembling it on concrete, I scratched it but had some trim paint in the shop and fixed it quickly. All in all it was a great purchase. You do have to drill 6 holes in the inside of the bed rail to install the bolts.

Fits and looks awesome. Fairly simple to install. I did have to remove the rubber strip on the mounting brackets to get it low enough to attach to the bed.

I just lost everything that I own in a fire. My trucks wheels and much of the engine block melted away. Prior to the fire I was impressed with this roll bar. It has an extremely tough coating and looks slick. People noticed the roll bar and mentioned they look like the only thing salvagable. Even the lights on it melted. Good bars for the price. I saved my phone so thought I should write some reviews.

I was really torn between 4 and 5 stars, decided on 4 due to mounting hole issue. This is a very nice rack, quite heavy and well built. It was very well packed and the coating is very good and solid. The included hardware is very high quality and strong. Assembly is quick and easy, took less than 20 minutes. Leave ALL bolts loose while assembling, only tighten them after it is installed on your truck. Make sure your truck is on level ground too, you don't want any twist or the bed under any stress while mounting it.On my 2017 F150, the mounting bracket only had 2 holes that could be used because the rearmost one was over a factory support channel built into the bed, no way to get the nut plate behind that hole. I thought about only installing 2 bolts per side but opted instead to just drill a 3rd one in a better location. It was mild steel so drilling was pretty easy. This is the ONLY reason I knocked off 1 star, the mounting plate just was not perfect for the F150. Minor issue, but if you have a similar truck you will run into this as well, so be prepared. The mounting bracket is a SERIOUS piece of steel, much stronger and thicker than I thought. That is a good thing.I am very happy with the quality and look of this bar. It is tall enough that it does not block my 3rd brake light at all, yet not protruding much past the roof of the truck. Really quite perfect in that regard. I did have to use ratchet straps during assembly to pull everything into alignment to mount the side 'Tyger' panels. At first it did not seem like they would fit into the mounting holes, but a little squeeze from the straps moved everything into perfect alignment and everything fit real nice and tight.I was on the fence between this rack and a few others and very happy with the decision to purchase this one. I also ordered a new Tyger soft bed cover, which is compatible with this rack. My old rolling cover would not work since the rails to mount it were inside the bed rails.

Been wanting to buy this Sport bar for awhile now, never had the extra cash than some extra came in so I bought it! I love the look, size, and materials. I like how I’m able to still make use of a Tonneau cover if I’d like to. Definitely a eye Catcher and made a few people turn and buy one on the spot after talking with me. Not hard to install by yourself, especially if you put it together on your tailgate and than just lift it onto the bed rails after you’re all done! Buy it and you won’t regret!

This is a Great sports/roll bar. I installed it on a 2019 Ford F-150 XLT truck with a 5.5 foot bed. The box was delivered in very good condition within two days after being ordered. The sports bar parts were in Great condition because of the excellent packaging. The parts were Heavy, well made and very solid. The six page installation instructions were detailed, had clear pictures and was well written. All the needed parts were included. Watch the YouTube installation video on line.I would change the sequence of assembly. I would initially mount the bar parts on the top rails of the bed instead of on the ground and then moving it over to the truck bed. This would’ve save time and eased assembly. Additionally, when the instructions say to not tighten the nuts, you should only slightly tighten the nuts, like 40%, not 90 % until final assembly. I had to go back and loosen the nuts, so all the parts fit together to finally complete assembly of all the parts. It took me 3 hours of careful assembly, however, I could probably do it in 1 ½ hours if I did it again. It was not difficult, but you will have to drill six holes, three on each side, in the inside of the top rail in the bed.I highly recommend this sports/roll bar.
