Excellent Chinrest
No complaints. It's well made. Used it for more than six months now. The product though can be improved in one aspect which is the padding underneath. It needs to be thicker, or at least the one that I got was not sufficient. I managed to use some cloth to make it sit comfortably.

For 500 this product POORi had ordered strings too so I thought strings were delivered on packing STRINGS is mentioned but got this chinrest. Which not 100% as shown in photo
