The volume is not even as loud as my cellphone. You turn that all the way up and the nicrophone volume all the up just to hear your kid sing and you kid drowns out the music. So if you turn the kids microphone down to hear music then you cant hear your kid. I would've returned it but my dog got to.it fkrat and cbewed the microphone cable. We ended up.purchasing a real microphone that we can hook.up to our blutooth garage speaker/party speaker. And it WORKS GREAT!

I'm very unhappy with this purchase. I thought it would be a bit bigger, better sound quality and overall function. I should have returned it, but didn't. Seems cheaply made. Junky. Bummer.

While my daughter loved this, the microphone stopped working. The lights and sound still work, but without a working microphone, it is worthless.

Previously thought to be a great machine. Stopped working after three months. Purchased a warranty. Needless to say it was a waste of money.After back and forth emails with the company to no avail I tried calling. Several times after being on hold for an extended time , they hung up. Requested a refund for warranty. A warranty that was never honored I recieved $3.67 Still looking for refund for the karaoke machine.

Returned. When I took it out of the Amazon Box, Box it came in had corners pretty smashed up. I sent it back. It was a Christmas gift for a Special needs child. Did not want to take the chance that it would not work on Christmas day.

I was relatively happy with this. But it stopped working after about two days. My 5 year old son was incredibly disappointed when one of his Christmas presents no longer worked after only a couple of days.

Been trying to return it Item the next day I got it. It stopped working. And I wasn’t able to do it it won’t allowed me. It worked only for a day and now it’s just sitting in the side. Waste of money.

Has a lot of echoing and feed back sound cheap made

Well iam not very happy with this product I bought it for Christmas for my girlfriends doughter and she comes every other weekend so since Christmas she played with it for 3 weekends and now it doesn't work the light will flicker on but won't fully turn on
