The series is originally known as Shakkin Shimai, which translates as The Debt Sisters, which is a two episode OVA that came out in 2007 and 2008 from MS pictures. The episodes run thirty minutes each and comes from original creator Selen with Masami Ouka providing the original character designs. Plot concept: A hot high school teacher, Kasumi, and her sexy younger sister, Kaho, are in deep debt to a local gangster. Okura, a male student, learns of their predicament and offers to pay their debt in exchanged for some very special favors. The two episode OVA is set to be done in its original Japanese with English subtitles and will also include a brand new English language dub. and its in DVD-R Format
