I checked this with Chipgenius and it is 3.2 and i thought this one is also a fake product but it gave what it has promised,On my laptop i tried copy pasting 10gb of zip file and got an average speed of 70-80 i also tried to transfer 60gb file on android (oneplus 8 pro) and it took 25-30 minutes. So it is a 3.2 usb which works perfectly fine with windows, android and iPhone 14pro max. FYI, please ensure that you complete setup supports a faster data transfer, then only it will give the promised results i.e your laptop usb port should be usb 3.0 or higher, your cable should be usb 3.0 or higher and otg adapter used should support usb 3.0 or higher and memory card or hard disk used should be supporting hi speed data transfer. Cheap and best till date. Don’t hesitate to buy if you think the price is good enough.

This is not avery technical review I have not tested with bnechmarking tools ... in rel workd usege it copied about 30 gb in abiout 6 minutes.. from a V30 grade card.. I am staisfied

The card reader works like a charm. It is a valid usb 3.0 card reader. Speeds are good. But there might be slow speeds of read/write if the memory card itself isn't fast as a usb 3.0 port. So don't be confused by it. Check your card's performance class . I would like to point out a very minor but critical design flaw. There are two slots. One for microSD and the other for normal SD. But there's isn't any small symbol showing how the card should be inserted. I had to peek inside the slot with a torch to see the edges and how they fit on which side of the card (obviously the side where contact points are.) Any SD card has some edges and one slightly flattened corner. This was really confusing. So be careful not to insert the card with force . It might damage the slot.

Big fan of Anker products and I can add this device to the list. I've had so many issues with my SD cards thinking it was the cards but it was my reader. One of my SDs couldn't be read with any port I tried on several PCs, no joy. The second this was delivered I tried it and it read the corrupt card so could format it. Way to go ANKER!

This is a great product. It is well-made, affordable, and very fast. If your computer has the ability to use USB 3, this is a great pick. Even if you currently still have a lot of USB 2 devices, this card reader is backwards compatible with USB 1.1 and USB 2, so you can use it on those machines while still having a card reader capable of utilizing USB 3 Super Speed if/when you need it. This Anker has three major things going for it: it works with a wide range of SD cards, uses USB 3 Super Speed*, and has the ability to utilize higher speed SD cards for high-speed transfers. As a USB 3 device, it is MUCH faster than USB 2, and given we tend to put large files (pictures, movies, music, etc.) on SD cards, the higher read/write speeds of USB 3 can save significant time. With the ability to work with, "SD-XC, SD, MMC, RS-MMC, SD-HC, Micro SD, Mini SD", this Anker SD card reader can handle virtually any SD card you may ever have. This includes the high-speed SD-XC cards, and with USB 3 you can now make use of the high transfer speeds these cards can support. (*NOTE that in order to use this for USB 3, your computer must have USB 3 which has only been common since around 2011-2012. If you are still using a USB 2 card reader, I think you will be very happy with how much faster the Anker USB 3 card reader works.
