Good for the price

I got the correct battery, however, it charges very very slowly. Not sure it is my laptop or the battery. Good deal for the the money but not 5 stars for the rate it charges. I will update when I have used this a little longer.

Support from seller was outstanding after battery failed completely after only 5 months minimal use!

Purchased this battery in Nov 2022 for Dell Inspiron 5748 series through Amazon.. Battery fit perfectly and has been in use minimally after first fully charging. Unplugged today to use outside and laptop shutdown immediately. After plugging in and rebooting, got a battery failed message. How do I contact company for a replacement as is warranted for 1 year?Updating this review as support from this seller was outstanding!Was concerned after reading other reviews about battery failing. Was not certain how to contact this seller concerning the one year battery warranty and what to do to see about getting assistance in getting this failed one replaced. Did send request through an Amazon rep and they got me in contact with company through messaging and was able to request and review a replacement from across the country in a minimal amount of time! Was already going online to see what other battery would be available as was not completely certain how this would unfold and wanted to get laptop back to being portable rather as soon as possible because in present state had to keep shutting it down to move to another location to plug back in again. But kudos to company, they handled this issue with complete professionalism and courtesy and may have received the replacement in same amount of time if I had ordered one somewhere else. Being really careful to follow instructions in order to get the maximum life out of this battery. Could not find the previous instructions but thought I had followed them as well. Bottom line, thank you to this seller for their exceptional and unquestioning support!
