I used this product for the first time to reduce my cold symptom. It works perfectly, however the description and advertisement make me feel the product is not reliable. When I searched the product on google, I couldn't see any result for manufacturer website and other information. When visited prettysee.com and searched for the product, I could not find the product. When asked if the company has physical address or website, no answer; this may reflect poor customer services. I was reluctant to buy this but decided to buy anyway, because I saw most good comments and rating.When steaming with hot steam for about 5 mins, the steamer stopped producing mist until I pull out the water tank and plugged it back in. I gave a 4 stars because the product serves me well, despite poor advertisement and product description; and the steamer stopped producing very often and I have to pull out and plugged in the water tank to fix the issue.

I love that it has not just hot, but also cold mist. I go through the hot mist first, then put on a mask and then go through the cold mist. This is much more convenient than having to purchase two separate machines since this one is also rather mini and easy to store. The buttons are simple and easy to use as well. I like that this has an area for aroma since I can put in rose petals or other items. Would recommend since this has worked well for me for the past month.

It's a great facial steamer and very easy to use. You can add fruits or essential oil into a small basket in the machine to get good smell and skin care function. The steam comes out quickly and helps open my pores to remove blackheads. It looks good too.

First off, I'm a guy, so when I first considered buying this product, I was unsure it would be able to address my skin care needs. Secondly, I was at first a bit worried about the quality of the machine. Well, I'm happy to say that the machine works exactly as described. The mist comes out as an adjustable heat that you can change easily by moving the dial. Also, I really love the act you can add aromatherapy products like essential oils to the diffuser basket that comes with the machine. A very well-made, solid construction. And, my skin is healthier, so that is a plus!

Nozzie is adjustable so I don't have to stand in awkward position to get the steam to desired sport.This is really im portant because after a while you get bored and if you are also uncomfortable it’s more likely you will emd your session too early. I don’t have physical discomfort while using this steamer and I find myself having better steaming sessions. Tank lasts more than I need it for thorough steaming session. Can use is for hot or cold steaming. However cold steaming is not fridge cold, it’s more like room temperature. Looks pretty and appealing, I don’t even feel desire to put it away. I have a large pores that easily get stuffed with dust and whatnot and steamer plays important role in my skincare routine. Open pores, clean, apply your skincare products and let them penetrate deep in the skin. End result : no blackheads.

I got this originally to boost my skincare routine, for that I am amazed. It does it’s job well by opening pores, boosting moisture, etc. But something I wasn’t expecting was the help it gave my asthma. Holy cow this thing is just amazing all around. Easy to use, nice warm air, strong steam. I love it, and I can’t recommend it enough.

If you are utilizing this as a humidifier you’ll need to tilt it forward by placing something underneath it. I would also suggest placing a towel underneath it just in case of spillage. It would be great if this had some type of mount to accompany it. Otherwise I love it for facial steam and humidifier. I also love the pink color.

I purchased this as a present for my mom. The first time she used it, it worked like a charm but when she attempted to use it the second time, it stopped steaming. There was water in it so not sure what happened. Could have been a slight defect. Either way providing 4 stars specifically for the service provided by seller. They were quick in addressing my concerns and very responsive.

I will not change it with others, stay longer and flexible, lovely facial vapor
