This product is easy to clean off clothing, hands, and weights. It works really well to create a dependable dry grip. I have used it to dead lift, shrug, and lunge carry hundreds of pounds. It has not failed. I highly recommend using a text duty dry hands lotion or cream after. If not, your callouses will likely break and bleed.

This works a lot better than powdered chalk--it's a lot easier to apply and results in much less air contamination. The only downside is that whatever's used as a solvent/carrier (seems like alcohol) dries out my skin if I apply it more than a couple times during a workout. Fortunately that rarely happens because it's so easy to apply a nice thick layer.

Not the best one I've had but not the worse.

I play in Florida and use this constantly. Keeps both my hands dry. Even helps if you wear a glove.

After years of typical chalk, this stuff is amazing. No dust, cleaner gym, clean bag, cleaner clothes. Completely worth the premium over chalk. One application lasts about a 45 minutes. Can't recommend enough.

I bought this to use as a grip aid for pole dancing, and as a very sweaty person who used to do gymnastics I know very well that normal gym chalk won't hold me, so I decided I needed liquid grip. I saw lots of reviews on here that seemed to say this was a good grip aid especially under sweaty conditions, but I just found it to be only as effective as normal gym chalk at most even though the application process was much more convenient to the activity. If you just want a chalk that is easier to apply (but comes out quickly if you're not careful) then this may be for you, but if you really need a better grip you won't sweat through then just get some Itac or something thats stickier.

Stuff is great, smells good when it's drying and keeps moisture off of your hands and bar. Does not leave behind a mess either!

Chalk works fine, applies easily, only small amount needed, dries quickly, much cleaner than dry chalk, less mess, wreaks of alcohol for a minute as it dries, the flip up lid snapped off on first opening which was dissapointing and could be a problem if you are keeping in a gym bag, other than that all good.

Bastante contento con el producto, cubre bastante bien y da buen agarre, no huele mal ni te deja las manos super secas al acabar de entrenar y además mancha lo mínimo. Lo he usado sobre todo para ejercicios de tracción en el gimnasio y dura 45-70 minutos (dependiendo de cuanto cambias de equipo).

Io sudo moltissimo e ne ho bisogno quasi da subito.A più di un mese dall'acquisto, considerati 4 allenamenti settimanali, c'è ancora un'abbondante metà nella bottiglia da 250.L'odore del reagente svanisce in un attimo. Una quantità pari ad un cucchiaino da caffè può essere utile per una mezza sessione di panca, per fare un esempio. Non è troppo ingombrante. Se andate in palestra in bici e usate uno zaino non troppo capiente, potreste trovare più comodo comprare la bottiglia da 250 e la boccetta da 50 da tenere allo zaino con moschettone (e al collo se volete portarlo appresso senza troppo disturbo).
