It comes set up and ready to go, all you need to do is raise the upright bar with digital display to a 90° angle and tighten the screws either side with the hex key (provided). It is best to slowly tighten, while moving the upright back and forth slightly, until you can be sure that the screw locates the hole correctly (once you have done this for the first time, you get an idea of the hole location and you can set it up faster).It is quiet when in operation and the digital display is clear and display a lot of information about speed, distance, etc.Once you are done, you can unscrew the hex bolts and lower the upright. You can then lift up the back of the machine and easily move it on the wheels and put it up against a wall. I was quite surprised about how little room it takes up when folded (much more compact than other treadmills) and put against a wall and how stable it is, just stood upright on its end.The only thing I might change is the hex bolt set up. It is little a bit of a fiddle, so some kind of spring bolt might be an improvement.I am not a fitness freak but got this to help me get more active. Overall, I would recommend this for the reasonable price for a really good quality machine.

Awkward to put together, need a bit of care and give yourself time and space. Minor problem with a connector but supplier very helpful. Not used a treadmill before so took a while to get used to it but all going well now. Controls easy to use.

This treadmill is compact, quiet and great value for money. Lots of build in features, which you normally see only for the high end products but will cost you more. Seller after sale service is great, polite and informative, had couple of minor issues, my emails are replied within 24 hours. Even a small replacement part posted via DHL Express. You don't get any instructions for pre program settings, I have posted the picture above. Hope this machine will last long.** Please note, my above comments are for the previous version of the treadmill. Now I can see, it is featuring a different product, so not sure how this new one is compared to my one.

I bought this for my partner as a Christmas gift and tried to assemble. The parts dont fit!!! so it was impossible. The display bar part doesn't line up with the main threadmill bars and is off by a lot (approx 2 inches on either side). The instructions are terrible. all of the bolts were not in the bag. There appeared to be screws and nuts supplied that I dont have a purpose and the instructions did not shed any light on it. The electric connector between the display and Threadmill was extremely flimsy and broken. I am shocked that such a poor product is on sale on Amazon and returning it isnt easy due to its weight and bulk. Support take ages to email you back (there is no phone number to contact them) and as yet have not resolved the issue. Im stuck with a 30kg useless lump of metal bars.

This arrived well within the time, took a little fettling to get it set up but no issues. Works well and used every day.It was damaged on arrival but the seller quickly resolved the issue.

Bit narrower then a gym machine but adequate. When received a couple of pieces had broken off side of treadmill, did not return as didn't interfere with working and could have happened in shipment.
