Would be good except for Zipper Failure
Overall, this tent is a good size, roomy inside and easy to set up. The problem is the zippers. The zipper on the front canvas door is poorly engineered and jammed on first use. I was aware of others who warned about the zipper and I tested it when it was not under tension. This is the zipper that is used most often, and it is impossible to get in and out of the tent with out the zipper jamming. The zipper on the mosquito net doors work fine for my summer camping but this situation would be a disaster in a heavy rain or colder weather. The problem is known to the manufacturer, who explicitly includes in the documentation that the zipper is not under warranty. Obviously because they lost too much money on returns due to the defective zipper.Until the manufacturer corrects this design defect, I would stay away from this product.

Awesome!
This tent was awesome ! Setup time by myself was around 30 minutes , plenty of room for myself , wife , three kids and a baby . I installed a roof pipe opening for a HQ stove that I purchased . Spent the weekend for my birthday at 9,400 ft in elevation inn the Sacramento Mountain range . We woke the next first morning with snowing most of the day and the lows were 23° F . We were very warm and comfortable ! I would highly recommend !

Dream tent for family
We got this as a tent we can use throughout the fall and spring. It stays a comfortable temperature so far, but it’s still summer in Oklahoma. We have put it up three times now. The first time to make sure we had everything. We were missing two guy lines and a stake. No big deal. It took about 25 to 30 minutes. When we took it down, it even fit in the bag. The second time, we got the tent up in nine and a half minutes. That’s just my wife and I. We sprayed it down with a hose for waterproofing. It didn’t leak at all, so I feel we should be good. The third time, I slept in the tent. It’s gigantic. With just me and one kid, we had about three quarters of the tent left. I’m guessing even with the whole family there will be room for a card table and board games. The zipper needs oiled once you get it. I’ve seen the reviews with people complaining, but it works smooth for me.The floor is thick. There are no worries there.Setup is easy. Two internal poles. This takes about the same amount of time to do as a six person pup tent. The tent is a show stopper. It’s beautiful. So far, the whole family is super impressed.

Very disappointed
We got this tent in April of 2017 and were so excited to have it for a long time because it was big enough to fit all of us. For the price we paid I would expect the quality to be better. The center pole snapped and ripped the side apart! This tent should have lasted a lifetime...

Working out great as Glamping tents on our land...
Bought two of the 13' tents for our property because we host a lot of people for various events. They arrived super quickly - within 5 days. We've had one of them up for 5+ months now, the other we put up and take down as needed. We live in San Diego county, CA, so the winter is mild, but one of them has been out through a few heavy downpours, and a few weeks of cold weather (dipping to 40 degrees at night). So far, they've been great. We made them into nicer glamping tents with full carpet (bought carpet off the rolls at Home Depot then cut to size), set up beds on platforms (using bricks and plywood boards as the base, eco bamboo mattresses for the beds), then added luxe blankets, some lighting, table, lamp, heater, etc. We rent them out like an AirBnB.First, there's a ton of room. We set up 2 twin beds on each size in one tent, a queen size in the other. Its perfect for 2 people for a few nights stay. With a plug in heater (we ran power from our garage to the tents with 100+ feet of outdoor extension cords) they stay pretty toasty inside - although on the December nights when it was extra chilly (40 degrees) the people did say it felt too cold and needed a warmer sleeping bag in addition to the heater running. Layers of blankets weren't enough.Nothing inside got wet after the rains, except a touch at the opening bottom where the zipper was (minimal). The only thing is they aren't really meant to be left out year round ---- the one that's been out for 5 months does have some minor black spots and weathering already. I didn't think anything of it until I set up the 2nd tent (that had been in storage) and noticed how much cleaner it looked. Then I really noticed the wear on the one left out. I don't think it will look all that great if I keep it out another year, but the price point is really great so I'm not too worried if I need to replace it.Overall I'm super happy about the purchase. I think if we buy another one I will go with the 16' to make it really spacious, but for 2 people and a simple bedroom set up the 13' still works great. We always get a "Wow, this looks amazing!" when people first walk in.I'll try to post a picture soon!

and we were the only ones in anything sturdy. This
Bought this to take on my sons Cubscout camp trip. The rest of the camp was sleeping in their little common name flimsy tents, and we were the only ones in anything sturdy. This, sparked lots of conversations. Well built, kept us warmer than the neighbors were in the flimsy film tents with the bungie poles. Sturdy center pole. Easy to set up. Confusing instructions. But the tent, was easier to set up than the instructions made it. Zippers were a little tight, but workable. Back vents made the days heat easy. And it closed down well at night. Can not say enough good about the entire situation. Great quality. Heavy canvas?!?! Maybe. Has some kind of coating on it that made the evening dew just run off of it. Would recommend this to anyone looking for something other than what everyone else at the campsite will have. Worthy investment.

Very big.
The one I received had an odd stove pipe placement. There were a number of issues and struggles - but the seller was willing to aid in problem solving. Once water we proofed it - it stands up well to weather. The zippers are quite delicate- so try to avoid too much tension on them. I do think that it is worth it. I would buy one again. Just know it will need a bit of TLC and weather prepping before assembling.
