No directions came with item...how do u get it open?

I just pulled it off. It is just a lid and there are junction caps on the sides you pull out to pull wires thru. It wasn’t hard for me and i am not really a handyman.

Is the box sturdy enough to support a PTZ camera mounted to the lid and then the box to the wall?

Mounted with Nest camera and it works great…

Putting a wireless router in this. What is the best way to run and seal the power cord and plug? What glands/whatever do I need?

go to home depot to the electrical department, they should have some rubber seals that fits the opening of the box.
