I use these to get rid of earwax~
Yep! You read the title right! I used to work in Manufacturing and I noticed these earplugs when I would take them out from a work day would usually pull out a chunk of ear wax with it! It was like night and day!!!My guess is it traps the heat in your ears so the wax gets a little melty and sticks to the foam, then the foam expands to collect ear wax from all sides, as the ear wax settles you can painlessly remove ear wax. It works VERY well so I only have to do it like 1 time every 2 months but if you produce a lot of ear wax I would suggest doing so more frequently. It does not hurt your ears (so fits amazing) this brand of ear plug has the best quality! Theres no individual bagged ear couple's so its better in my opinion because I and few other use it unlike in a manufacturing environment though I guess a machine could be used to give 2 plugs at a time but I just use the container.I also GOT THIS WHEN IT WAS ON SALE!!! They last a LONG time! Atleast when myself and my brother use it. He tends to use it to help him sleep, cuts the noise, and helps his sleep quality! If you need them for sleep, some peace and quiet, or like me to get earwax outta your ears LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Also for ear wax removal I keep them in for 1-6 hours like I would have on the job ^-^ hope that helps people 😊

Best I have ever used!
Best ear plugs available. Much better performance than cheaper knockoffs. Use these to save your hearing when operating machinery. When cutting lawn I use 3M ear muff headset over 3M earplugs for > 50 dB attenuation.

The best performing, least expensive, made in America earplugs for work, sleep, showering--whatever
I know 3M has been in the news during the pandemic, and not for good reasons, and it appears some of the combat earplugs they made for the military are not working correctly (you can read about that here, obviously change the underscores to periods before using the link: www_militarytimes_com/news/your-military/2019/02/14/hundreds-of-vets-are-suing-over-these-defective-combat-earplugs/)Nothing to indicate this was done deliberately, and certainly 3M is not known for botching manufacturing generally, but I'm a huge supporter of all those in uniform, so this disturbs me--but bottom line these are simply the best deal-- also the best performing noise reduction plugs, 33dB NR, and made in America. A no brainer choice. They're both pliable and yet incredibly effective, allowing you to fit them perfectly and feel them expand gently to fill the ear canal--like tiny memory foam inserts--perfect whether using them in a work environment or just to be able to sleep. They come in individually wrapped packages in a large box very convenient--made of non-toxic, non-leaching polyurethane, no latex, and very unlikely to cause any allergic reactions.I wouldn't swim with these, but they're great if you want to take a shower and you're prone to getting water in your ears. Working in the yard, they not only reduce noise from the leaf blower, they keep dust and particulates out of your ear canal.Put some of that alcohol we've been using to disinfect against covid on your fingers before you roll/insert the ear plug, but I've used these for years and never had any type of infection or issue. Bonus benefit: in fact when you take them out they often act as a kind of gentle excess ear wax cleaning! Beautiful, these will change your life, no kidding.A note on sleep: I suggest using them frankly every night, not just on noisy nights, if you really want a deep sleep--even having the sound of your partner breathing and moving, a beautiful comforting sound of course, but can slightly disturb your sleep--or a pet that shares the bed moving around, we're not aware of it necessarily, but it does affect the quality of our sleep. Using the earplugs is like swaddling your ears with a blanket, it's a comfort and it's also giving your eardrums and brain circuitry that handles sound a healthful rest while deepening & lengthening your sleep.Lastly, these are great if you're commuting on noisy public transit, or walking along a noisy road because you can still hear any warning sounds in the environment, but it's like you're wrapped in protective padding. Enjoy the quiet, the improved sleep and the comfort. Stay safe, take care

Excellent ear plugs
After trying different brands and different styles, this 3M yellow neon plug is the most comfortable for my narrow ear canals. The sponge is gentler and softer on the ears than the others. The only downside is that from purchase date to receiving the item, it took months and months in addition to an unexplainable prolonged delay. Knowing this, order a restock about halfway through the box just to insure they never run out. Also, this particular shipment became crushed during transit which caused the manufacturer’s box to burst open. Luckily, it was shipped in an Amazon box so nothing was lost.

Quiet it down.
Work well and expands slowly to allow proper placement.

Nice purchase
These are packaged in groups of two. They seem to work good and they are a fair price.

I have used ear plugs daily for over 10 years. Listen Grass Hopper.
I sleep most nights in a semi-truck next to other noisy semi-trucks. I sleep with ear plugs every night. Have for years. Have tried all ear plugs. Most ear plugs will make your ears hurt if wearing for extended periods. These are incredibly soft while still blocking noise extremely well. When I first felt how soft these were I thought I had made a big mistake, that they would never block out noise like I need. I was oh so pleasantly surprised. These are amazing. I rarely write reviews, I only write this now because of the few bad reviews I see here. Don't believe it. Are these as big as those big clunky, coarse ear plugs pictured in other review? No. I think I have a normal size ear. I complained to a safety manager once because he bought ear plugs for narrow ear canals. Those were too narrow and did not block noise. These are fine. If you have ears you can fit your thumb in maybe look elsewhere. Noise blocking is slightly reduced from the denser foam 3m plugs similar to this. But it is actually a welcome trade off for comfort. For me it's the perfect ear plug at an amazing price.
