At this time (January 2020) our current stock expires 2022

Is there the correct amount of nutritional value in these meals to survive for a year? Seems much easier than buying ingredients in a shop every week.

They are very tasty .used for a three day walk took 6 sachets could have taken 9 . They are just a bridge from a to b .just part of a food plan .not the main source of protein .in a nut shell very good for part of the daily food intake and depends on the daily activity.good product but not for a year.

Are these freeze dried meals?

No they are normal wet pouches of camping food. They have a shelf life of atleast 2 years.
