long term ownership too expensive
Whilst this product appears useful the company seems to be yet another one intent on milking customers. The pads are extremely expensive, £29 pounds a shot and last a couple of times before they start falling off, and become unusable after about 10 to 15 uses, they seem to have designed the connectors so you cant use cheaper second party pads, a very exploitative underhand business model, which seems to be the way today

Poor after purchase support
Nice piece of kit. I use it to stimulate weak muscles secondary to Multiple sclerosis. Bought Duo. Pads very expensive, compared to other units. One dot failed after 3-4 months of light use. Replacement promised for over 2 months, can’t be sent because of COVID. Nonsense. I’ve had packages from China USA and all over Europe. So very poor after purchase service for an expensive device.
