Tinder Tube Char Cloth Starting

I often say that. This catches a spark well when charred and goes out easily when the tube is pulled over the string.

It works as intended, but the copper tube has some burrs on both ends that snag the rope, making the tube difficult to move to snuff the embers or expose the char.

Works great. Very easy to make an ember.

Really stinks when you light it up, but being outdoors, not too bad.
