Vim Products MMS450 Stubby Set, 50 Piece

Ordered this kit for my work at a dealership. Bought due to a recommendation from coworkers for working on european cars. Fitment is nice on my ratchets, and the stubby form factor really helps with getting hard to reach fasteners. Highly recommend this kit.

This kit is awesome. Way cheaper than competitors and just as sturdy and useful as others. Comes in nice storage case and sockets are great!

Well worth every cent

This is generally a nice comprehensive set, with a high-quality case. One issue that I did not realize until today is that all of the bits take a 1/4"square drive, regardless of the size of bit. This can be convenient, but I have found that it is not ideal when using the larger-size bits. For example, I needed the M12 triple-square bit today, and could not put enough torque on it with a 1/4" ratchet. And, the 1/4" to 3/8" adapter that I had could not withstand the torque, either, and deformed. Now I see that most dedicated triple-square sets use 1/4" drive only for the small bit sizes, and 3/8" or even 1/2" for the larger sizes. That said, for low-torque use cases, this set works well.

If you work in the automotive industry’s, specifically European cars, I would recommend this. Same sockets as blue point but at the fraction of the price. I use a lot of 1/4 due to a lot of bolts being in tight spaces and these do the trick everytime.
