DuraComfort Essentials Super Absorbent Anti-Frizz Microfiber Hair Towel, Large 41 x 19-Inches

This towel seriously works! Been using it for a couple months now with no complaints. It's a regular staple. I used to use a t-shirt to wrap my hair in for the longest time because towels are bulky, not very absorbent, and tend to add frizz. But the t-shirts would soak through and my hair would still be wet. This DuraComfort towel has been such a welcome solution. It hasn't added frizz and pulls moisture out of my hair in record time.Pro tip - this towel will probably let the ends of long hair hang out somewhat, as it's not very big. That being said, I don't actually see that as a problem because the ends tend to dry faster in any event, and don't require the absorbency that the roots of my hair does.Pros - absorbency, easy to wash, no frizzCons - length (but only if you have long hair and want every inch wrapped up)

I bought this for my wife who is recovering from serious injuries due to a fall and brain surgery [she hit her head and when they did a CT-scan they found a tumor]. Anyway, she is supposed to avoid heavy use of the hair drier and this gets her hair drier than the thick terry towels she formerly used. It gets the job done. Many thanks for your help!

If you have naturally curly hair you need this towel! I don't know what voodoo is at work but it definitely reduces frizz and my curls come out much nicer after using this towel. It would be even better if the towel was a smidge larger so it would feel more secure while wrapped around my head. Even so, it's a great product and I recommend it to my curly haired friends.

My long hair was a good 50% drier after 5 minutes in this towel vs. a hair towel I purchased 2 years ago. Felt weird to the touch at first. Checked the fiber content, It was because the fiber content was a polymer fabric, not cotton. The material allows it to soak up water away from the hair without the towel feeling wet. I bought three different kinds on Amazon so I could compare. This was the best of the bunch.

I had high hopes for this towel but the fact is that unless you have a thimble-sized head and short hair, it’s useless. The shape and size makes it impossible to use with a small-normal size head and medium-length (fine) hair.

Very nice product I ended up buying a second one after drying my nowmally curly frizzy mop. Helped tame the beast and also added surprising body . Literally it looks like new hair I've never seen before using this towel straight out of the shower. Don't second guess it just buy one trust me. Will be buying for Christmas presents. I read about the great benefits of microfiber hair towels, and as my hair is pretty damaged from heat styling, I decided to look for a reasonably-priced product. Most towels I found were very expensive (for literally 1 towel) and I felt like this one was one of the more reasonably priced ones I saw on Amazon. That being said, I still think it costs way too much money, especially after I received it and saw what it was- basically just a larger thin microfiber towel like the ones you can buy as washcloths or cleaning cloths. It says "super absorbent" so I expected it to at least be thicker than the cheap microfiber washcloths I own, but it honestly isn't. It is just a larger version of it.Speaking of size, you would think that a towel made for drying your hair would be an appropriately large size, but I found it to be an awkward size (the length and width were similar which is weird) and slightly too small/short for me to wrap my hair up when wet (turban-style) and I have medium length hair, not even long or thick. I tried to just tuck in the hair that didn't get wrapped up, hoping this would solve the problem, but of course, I discovered another major issue with this towel- it does not stay wrapped! Maybe it is because it is so thin and there is no weight to hold the wrap in place (standard terry-cloth towels work for me 100% of the time whenever I wrapped my hair for as long as I can remember, but they were much heavier on top of my head, which is why I mentioned the lack of weight/thickness as possibly being the problem with this towel not staying in place).I am on the fence about keeping the towel, as it was expensive in my opinion, and does not perform as advertised. I'm not sure the hassle of using this towel is worth the possible "benefits" to my hair versus a regular towel. Also worth mentioning is that this towel will not absorb water from your wet hair right out of the shower even if you were to rub it like a standard towel, so your hair stays wet for a long time, which if you plan on styling it with a blow-dryer may be an additional negative as it will take more time for you to dry it.I think this towel really needs to fix two major flaws: the sizing (it needs to be wider!) and also the absorbency/feel of the material (which in my opinion feels quite thin and cheap), or sell it for a substantially lower price and fix the description to match the product, as I feel there was a lot of false advertising. The only reason I gave the product 2 stars instead of 1 is because I was already skeptical about these types of "miracle" hair towels that are supposedly so much better for your hair, but I decided to try it anyway, which is my own fault.UPDATE (10/18/18): I recently started using this towel regularly after showering, because I had it just laying around and because I wanted to decrease the amount of stress on a more expensive similar hair towel I own. This towel actually does absorb a LOT of water from hair, but it’s still a weird width/length so it’s hard to get it to stay in the turban style on my head. Another thing I noticed that is lacking is a hanging loop, which would make this towel easier to hand up to dry in between uses. Overall, I actually paid slightly more ($14.99) for this towel than what it is selling for now, but for the current price of about $11-12 I would say it’s actually a really good product- it works well, but there are some flaws, but the price makes up for them. I don’t see the need/ don’t think I could even get it back into the blue satin “case” it comes in (it’s probably just for show/packaging)- instead I feel that the manufacturers should sew on a simple hanging loop instead, which would make this towel even better and easier to use. I increased my star rating from 2 star to 4 star because it actually does work well (better than others I have tried) but has some minor drawbacks.

This the best head towel I have ever had. It is absorbent but dries fast. I no longer use a hair dryer since getting towel. All I got to do is wrap around my head and let it sit for a minute and hair i dry. I rub it in a bit if in a rush. Its soft, strong, and easy to use.

I love this towel! My hair is frizzy and thick (think Monica in that episode of Friends when they go to Barbados "ITS THE HUMIDITY!) I actually hate washing my hair as all the effort to dry it is laborious. But this towel actually did soak out so much of the water from my hair with very little effort. I am impressed.I know what I'm getting all my friends and family for their birthdays this year 😏😅

Dries my hair more effectively than any other towel and genuinely seems to make it less frizzy. After wrapping my hair in this while I get ready, I can just let my hair dry naturally. No hair dryer or straighteners needed. I have largely straight, fine but abundant hair with some waves and kinks through it and I am prone to flyaways and frizz. I wrap my hair in this for about 10 mins, let it dry naturally almost completely (which is quick thanks to towel) then twist into a loose bun. After half an hour or so I let it down and have natural looking, frizz-free waves

My hair is frizzy always. Always. I have literally never found a way to stop it from becoming frizzy. But this towel has made a huge difference. Generally, I retain a small amount of hope for hair-care products, because everything I try seems to have the same effect: a very minor difference. But this towel is maybe the best purchase I've ever made for my hair. My hair seems shinier and smoother without a loss of curls. It also cut down my drying time by hours - after washing my hair, I used to wrap my hair in an old cotton t-shirt to avoid frizz; it would to take three to four hours for my hair to dry this way. With this towel, it takes about forty-five minutes. If you have 2A - 3A hair, I would definitely recommend this towel (I can't testify to its efficacy on curlier or straighter hair).

Towel arrived with blue dye stains on part of it which must have transferred from the bright blue material bag it came in. I notice other reviewers have said the same thing. Unsure whether or not to try and wash the stains out or just return it to the seller for a refund I emailed the seller. However, no reply has ever been received from them. The towel was eventually washed a few times and the stains did come out but I would have liked the courtesy of a reply from the seller and reassurance that this would happen. The quality of the towel is good and it does a good job of drying hair and body. I would think the seller obviously knows about this problem with the blue dye transferring from the bag and just ignores it.

I love the towel! I saw many reviews about reducing frizzy hair, I wasn't really expecting it to be true, but I can't believe it really does work! I have really frizzy hair, my husband says I have a mane of a lion. After just couple of uses, we've both realised the reduced fuzziness of my hair. I'll highly recommend this to anyone!P.S the only downside I can think of is, the size of the towel could be a bit bigger, I have shoulder length hair which fits fine, but it could be a bit small for people with long hair.

I have very fine curly hair that I wear straight. I’ve grown it to a jaw length bob and was finding certain bits were very fluffy after blow drying and it was taking ages to dry. I’ve tried wraps before but they’ve not been big enough but thought I’d give a micro fibre towel one last go and I’m glad I did!I haven’t got the hang of tying it up but find I can dry it enough just by blotting. It takes less time to blow dry and is much smoother. It still needs a quick straighten but I’ll take a small win!

I wanted to give it a good time to properly use it before reviewing it. I love it! I bought it mostly because i have very sensitive skin and especially after shower i get a heat rash if i use normal towels on my face. This one is super soft and absorbs water really quickly, just a few dabs and all good. I use it also for my hair (which is curly and thin and frizzyness is a daily struggle) and i have to say it does dry it out quicker but without making it frizzier. I would def buy again!

Lightweight and easy to use (like any other towel...)I wrap up my hair with plenty of product and leave the towel on for as long as I can. It definitely dries hair more quickly and leaves it feeling soft. Hair is still wet though, have no illusions, it's by no means dry even after leaving this on for 30 mins. Just drier and softer. This is also noticeable when hair eventually does dry, it's much less frizzy and softer to the touch.Towel is large but not huge, my hair comes to below shoulder length so this works just about well but anyone with more or longer har should consider a larger towel. Would definitely recommend.

When the towel arrived I was disappointed that It was stained blue from the bag. However, after using it, it really does dry your hair so much quicker than a regular towel or any hair product I have used before. The only negative is that I have long hair and it just about covers it, it would be better if they did multiple sizes for different hair lengths. Overall I would recommend buying.

I have terrible arthritis in my shoulder, so holding a hair drier up for a long tine is very painful, I also have a lot of hair, so anything that makes this process easier is a win. I’ve given this towel 3 stars as I have mixed feelings about it. I’m not sure it made my hair much drier than my regular towel, maybe a bit. I blast my hair dry, and then straighten to get rid of the frizz. The thing I was really impressed with is there was hardly any frizz. The picture attached is straight after blasting dry, without using a brush. So I’ll definitely keep using it for this reason. I had sprayed some leave in conditioner in so this may have affected the drying process, will try without next time.

I wanted a microfibre hair towel and this was Amazing's Choice or Best Seller when I looked for one, and I'm not impressed. It just feels like any other microfibre towel, and it doesn't have a little clip on the back to hold the towel in place. It's also not long enough to cover all my hair - and I have shoulder length hair. It also says anti-frizz but it does not make a difference to my hair AT ALL.

Why I have never used this before.I have 3b hair and due to about 15 years of getting my hair blown dry, the curls are still there but just not as nice as they should beWhy my hair is curly I have to wash it every day as the curls are always frizzy.I was using a regular towel before this and after my shower my hair was always frizzy just as I was about to put products onI read about this and thought I would give it a try.Honestly the difference after the first use was amazing. My hair has never looked better when curly. It’s not 100% frizzy free but this product is worth the price for anyone with hair like mine

I received a towel different from the pictures, no embroidered brand, just a plastic tag.It’s doesn’t help drying my hair or reducing the frizzing a lot and my hair it’s quite easy, so this product doesn’t work at all.

Great product in terms of reducing drying time and frizz. My gripe is that the towel doesn't seem large enough for my hair which is around shoulder-length/slightly longer. I can manage to get my hair up but if I so much as sneeze or move my head by looking down - the towel turban I've created for myself pretty much falls apart. I'd suggest the makers of this product, try making an extra large towel. Another to note was that my towel also had blue dye stains on it (as another reviewer mentioned). I'm assuming this came from the bag it was in.

Excellent quality, I really like it. The product did arrive with a stain in the crease where it was folded and the colour (from the bag?) bled through a little bit, and for that I would normally mark down. However, I contacted the seller and they were so unbelievably prompt and courteous in their reply that I cannot in good conscience give this less than 5 stars.
