Have not had a chance to give the batteries a good test but nice to have use of my cordless screwdriver again. When inserted one of the batteries was a little more difficult to remove but the other one was fine.

This appears to be a good replacement battery for my Craftsman electric screwdriver, which I think is made by Black & Decker and thus identical to some B&D models. It fits perfectly in the screwdriver and the factory charger. It has rejuvenated the old screwdriver, which had been useless for several years with its original batteries. Service was fast and it was delivered in one day. I just received the new batteries, which I hope will not run down when the driver is not in use for a while, a chronic problem with the factory battery.

I use my B&D versa screwdriver alot. My gold batteries are dying and the silver ones are long gone. Thank God we can still get these replacements. My old tools still work, just needed new batteries.I didn't want the lithium ones as you need a different charger. So NMH is fine with me.
