No side effects per se. Not sure how well it works.

My experience with DAVINCI Labs Maxi-HGH - Amino Acid Supplement has been for the better part a positive experience. My husband has been incorporating in his nighttime ritual. I use a hand blender to mix it with his beverage of choice. He drinks it right after it mixed. He tells me he doesn't really detect an aftertaste, nor does it change the taste of the beverage.It's only been about 3 weeks he's been on it. But he assures me, he does feel a little more energetic in the morning. So that is positive sign. Hopefully, after longer use, he will get the full benefit of it. Especially, since it is so pricey, we want to make sure there are significant signs that make it worth the steep price. If his opinion diminishes in any way, I will update my review.

I use this product for energy and wellbeing. I recently celebrated my sixty-fifth birthday on November 13, 2023, and with the seasonal change in the climate and lack of sunshine, I was getting run down and lacking in energy. Initially, I took the product for the first week just before my morning exercise routine, but I noticed no results whatsoever. However, after adjusting my approach and taking it in the evening about one hour to thirty minutes (varies) before bedtime with almond milk, every morning since my first night, I wake up ready to go with energy that lasts all day long. In my late 40s to mid-50s, when I gave up on it, I was using another amino product (Gen20X), which felt like rocket fuel. However, I had to discontinue it because some of the amino acids in that product were causing insulin resistance and elevating my blood sugar levels. DaVinci's amino acids, on the other hand, are healthier and do not impact blood sugar, making it a suitable and safe alternative for me.

I took a while before writing this review. I wanted to give the product more time to work. In the end, I didn't notice any changes - either positive or negative. So, I guess, this is a case of YMMV, as with all supplements. That said, the taste was benign, it wasn't strong. The powder dissolved relatively easily into liquid.

The powder doesn't clump up and it dissolves easily in water. Not much taste at all... maybe a little bit like weak powdered milk. I like that there aren't any additives for flavor, sweetness, etc. I can't speak too much to effectiveness... the claims sound great, and maybe I've noticed a little improvement in the mornings, but not enough to justify re-up'ing at $83/mo. I'm only a week in, so I'll update the review if things change after a full month.

I put it in a glass with 8 oz of cold water. It dissolves with a few stirs, and, to me, it has a slightly sweet taste going down, and no aftertaste. I am taking it before bedtime, allowing the ingredients to assimilate throughout the body overnight. releasing energy the next morning. The five ingredients mimic the precise proportions of amino acids that have been shown to work together to stimulate the production of Human Growth Hormone. I feel it is helping my recovery after early morning workouts. It claims cardiovascular, anti aging, and skin health benefits, all of which are important to me.In business for over 50 years, this company is not throwing together a variety of ingredients to capitalize on the latest hot trend. DaVinci Labs is a company with depth, with their original scientific research, a design team, a learning center, protocol guides. As they say on their website, "We encourage anyone taking supplements to step back and do their research." I could easily spend a few weeks researching all the health topics in their learning center for use by the general public. The price point does not reflect value, but quality. If you are serious about your health and want the best, it's worth a try.
