this is a wonderful pc. good specI added 1TB SSD to mine using the 2.5inch bay.. which has increased the running temperature considerably. especially when processing video for zoom calls etc.the bios seems rather limited in customisation ability. other than that a great pc

This thing crashes - just outright freezes - on a regular basis; twice a day sometimes. It only has two cores, not four. I bought a similar one with 8gb RAM a couple of years ago and liked it, but needed more RAM and well this one can't cope with Chrome as well as that other one did, despite having 16gb. It's a real shame, I'd send it back for a refund but since personal details could be recovered from the HDD and I doubt I'd be allowed to send it back without it, I'm kind of stuck. It'll tide me over for a while, but I'll be investing in a decent machine from a different supplier in the near future. Don't buy this cheap crap.

The mini PC is working fine, however, the 12-volt charger second day totally not working, I try similar charger for the PC working fine, but the charger not able to use, so I need to get up new charger only from the supplier, I do not understand how this 12-volt charger can only be obtained from the provider because mini pc I am satisfied, my problem is only that 12-volt charger

I have been using this mini PC since Christmas for general office type work and playing digital media. To date I cannot fault its performance. I have found it to be an extremely fast and reliable little 'box of tricks'. The only issue I had was the power lead provided was faulty, the metal connector in the output socket was stick out and when removing from the device after it did not power on it was left in the device socket, easily removed with thin nose pliers. I had a spare lead, which worked so did not bother with making a complaint. I look forward to using when I travel, for which I have purchased a Bluetooth keyboard with built-in touch pad which works great with it. As long as I have access to a TV that can used as a monitor in a hotel room an Internet connection (4G on via mobile if not available for free in hotel) I will be happy

The list of features in such a compact design was impressive and you would expect to have to accept a trade off somewhere for having such a small device which is useful where space is limited. So far I have not found anything to fault. Set up was minimal due to preinstalled Windows 10 pro and everything works as expected. Only had the device a few weeks so unable to comment on durability although given the spec it should be a while before it needs upgrading.

I’ve struggled with this for the past month. It keeps freezing. My IT department has finally given up and is sending me a Dell. What a waste of time and money.

I like that its small enough to be able to plug and unplug from the second monitor. It does make some noise but am happy enough for the job thats its doing so I give it a five for now

I have to say I am absolutely delighted with this box it is brilliant. I have also installed a 1tb drive which works fine I am delighted to say. I think value for money this box is great value and performs well. I have connected it to a 215 touch screen and it works well. I went into a well known provider no touch screens no Nucs know very little. I use this for music and general app including speech and it is very good. Great service, good value and straightforward.
