I love this product and have been using it for awhile . Helps with bloating and weight loss. Does have smell and taste but normal for some cider vinegar. I think these work better than the gummies . Make sure you drink a lot water you pee a lot and it could dehydrate you , sometime it does change the smell of my ur ie don’t be alarmed, it’s normal .

I wanted to love it. But I took this two days in a row. Both days I ended up with heartburn 30 minutes after taking that lasted for hours. I also burped vinegar all day. I am giving to my SIL to try and I am switching to gummies.
