A really good budget running pack
For the price this is an amazing bag. I usually use an inov8 running bag and to be honest I find this just as good. It does have a few quirks - for example, you can only really fit 350 ml water bottles in the front 2 pockets and I usually carry 500ml ones. I decided to just use a 1.5ltr in the back and it fit nicely and felt good on my back with no crazy jigging. The front 2 zip pockets are huge and you could easily get 3 or 4 gels in as they are nice and deep. The fabric is very lightweight and seems breathable. I was able to find the perfect fit with the 2 adjusters plus the side adjusters and it didn't rub or ride around on a 16-mile cross country run. It has a small zipped compartment in the back which is still accessible with a water bladder in for a few small things, but to be honest I thought I had enough space for anything I needed in the front pockets. Overall you can’t go wrong for the price.

Brilliant bit of kit
Cracking bit of kit.Used it for all my marathon training!!Got so dependent on it ended up wearing in the Berlin Marathon. It does not bounce or rub very comfortably on long and short runsPockets in the front are great for gells and sweets.Normally keep my phone in there as well

Brilliant!
Recieved this hydration pack yesterday, the service was top notch and described very accurately. This bag is a bargain for the price as the same type only from a different brand would cost you £50+. There is plenry of space fits a 1.5/2L bladder, 2 normal 500ml bottles ane i also had plenty of room for my iPhone 8+ and car keys! Used it on a long run today and was superb!

Good fit
I bought this to bring water during long runs 8+ miles and possibly for trails in the future. The quality is good, it is very light and there are options to adjust the strings for every fit. On the front the pockets are easy accessible and there is plenty of space for everything you might need. On the back I fit a 2L water pack and the would e space for something else too if necessary. The water pipe is quite big and protected by a neoprene (or similar) cover and the mouth piece works as expected. No complains at the moment

Lightweight and perfect for cycling
Loved this little pack - it ensured that I only took the most necessary items with me because it is so compact. I did not use the hydration pack as I do not like the taste of plastic, instead I carried a spare shirt and my bottle of water. I loved this bag because of the pockets a the front for easy access. I've rated this 4 star only because the pockets at the front do have limited space - for example it has a zip pocket and bottle pouch - but when you have your wallet or phone in zip pocket it limits space for the bottle pocket. Overall I was happy and satisfied as were other cyclist!

Requires tough nipples
Everything about the bag is great apart from the straps around your front. They are a bit too wide and seem to curl in on themselves in a way that made them seriously chafe against my nipples. Still everyone else is giving them good reviews so maybe I have strange nipples. Thought about adding a picture, but then thought again.

What a little hidden gem of a bag.
This little bag is actually flaming brilliant. It is super comfy, shoulder straps are like silk. Holds a 2ltr bladder really well and all pockets are easily accessible. I've now decided to ditch my £65 Salamon trail bag for this one on my next ultra. Brilliant. Well worth the money. I'm quite a built bloke and fits so nice and stays in place. Thank you. S.wheeler

Really like this.
Great backpack - remember to order the water 'bladder' separately, as it's not included. Very well designed for longer distance running. Very comfy and pockets are perfectly placed for easy access without stopping.
