Why are these thicker than the shirts. These are basically summer time shirts so you can protect your skin. These are a lot hotter than the shirts . Don't dry these. Let air dry. The length from the chest down to the waist is a little short . Need about another 2 inches added to them. Huk needs to read this review and listen to a avid fisherman.

My husband loves this! It’s protective in the sun and light weight. The hood helps protect his bald head from the sun and he doesn’t have to worry about constantly reapplying sunscreen. It is easy to snag so be cautious around fishing hooks or rubbing against anything.

Thought I was buying a HUK Hoodie that was much more to the custom of a HUK Product. Super flimsy would never buy it again or recommend it. Sorry

My brother loved his hoodie!! Made a great birthday gift.

All other HUK products have exceeded my-our expectations but not this one. I thought this was going to be a "sweatshirt" hoodie but it is not.. It would be fine for summer on its own but in cooler conditions you will need to wear a sweatshirt underneath for warmth. I was going to return but would not get a replacement in time. Will let him see it and he can decide to keep it or return for another HUK product. It is true to size....so glad I bought one size up so he can layer underneath. Another disappointment is that there was a pull on the back of the shirt. I love the look of this shirt just wanted it to be heavier weight.
