Excellent cast iron oil
Good stuff for keeping your cast iron pans in good condition. Doesn’t go rancid and is easy to clean before use.

Not recommended
I have to say I'm not happy with the product. There was too much smoke while cooking with this oil, which was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, this oil fell short. I hope my feedback helps in improving the quality of the product.UpdateSeller reached out and offered a complete refund.

Makes Ironware Shiny
The oil makes the cookware shiny after use, cannot say if there are any other benefits to using this product versus oil and the oven at 250c. *Loses stars because only a small amount is needed and a spray pump would be much more appropriate instead of the current cap*

Good to have in cupboard
This is easy to apply and wipe off any excessIts ideal for a quick oil after cooking without going thru all the hassle of baking your cast iron pans in oven to reseal etc. I also use this to re coat my carbon pans with just a light seal of oil

Burns away
As soon as any heat is applied to suitably cook something, it smokes and basically burns off. Not good

Cast Iron Cooking - What a concept
I inherited my Great Grandmothers cast iron skillet that she used in the Oklahoma Land Rush. I've found that this oil has worked very well to keep that skillet seasoned along with all my other cast iron pots & pans. it also works very well on my carbon steel skillet.

I used this oil to season my new cast iron skillet. The scent is really nice yet subtle. I recently used my seasoned pan for the first time with amazing results. After watching a number of videos, coconut extract oil was a popular choice for seasoning and maintaining cast iron pans. Happy with this product.
