Brilliant book but I’ve had this item a little over a week and most of the pages are falling out

No need to explain. Those who need it will understand and the fact that it is pocket sized make it indispensable !

I purchase many books on addiction, and spiritual rehabilitation. This is a fabulously useful book for anyone suffering from or interested in regaining their lives.

Brought this as a joke gift, however it arrived and appears to have been used/ damaged as there are more marks throughout this book, wouldn’t have paid full price for this had I known this would turn up like it.

As per my friend ,this book is the first print of the book when Alcoholics Anonymous was founded and my friend just loved the book.According to him all around the world 27,00,000 alcoholics have stopped drinking with the help of the AA and this is their basic text book.

Perfect pocket sized AA book. Perfect size for your purse or backpack, or any time you may need it! it's hand-sized, but the print is still readable. I would recommend this product to anyone who might need this, or as a gift to anyone who may need it. It has really helped me and I hope it does for others.

AA has THE most successful plan of recovery for addicts, and addiction is just addiction, whether you're tooting Bolivian Marching Powder in the bathroom of the Ritz, or relaxing against a brick wall in the alley drinking Mad Dog... Used to be that AA frowned on the mention of anything other than alcohol, but lately, EVERY group I go to has all manner of cross-addicted people working together toward a future of sobriety. This is their 'how to' book, as well as a large number of "what I was, and what I am, now" stories with enough variety to touch something in you, no matter what your circumstances. Every Single Thing in AA is based, one way or another on principles defined in this book - sort of a 'Bible of Recovery'. If your circumstances have gotten bad enough to not be able to buy this book, go to any meeting and the secretary or treasurer of the meeting will set you up with comfortable payment arrangements - say a quarter a week - but Do get up and GO to that meeting!
