Good choice for tiny fingers
Very good to monitor oxygen levels. Needed after my daughter's hospital discharge to monitor oxygen level at home. Easy to read display, fits ok on even small fingers, reads quickly

It's good.
I bought this to monitor my blood oxygen levels. So fat it seems to have done a good job, I haven't had to change the battery at all, even though it's getting used at least 3 times a day, and is pretty accurate. It has a lovely bright display, which shows the oxygen level and pulse rate and is very easy to use. The price was good and it came the next day. I have no problems recommending this monitor.

Fantastic for the money
Purchased this to monitor my elderly grans observations after two recent hospital admissions - we've been recording the details and sending them to the doctor. It has given us great peace of mind as both of her admissions could have been prevented if we had monitored her heart rate and oxygen levels a couple of days before (her condition results in her oxygen levels and heart rate going very low, and apparently this would be the case for a few days before admission). Luckily, she's now on the correct medications to treat it, but I purchased this as an affordable device to give us and her some peace of mind. All of her readings have been normal (in fact, better than my own!)It's very good quality (actually feels 'hospital-grade'). It's very very easy to use (just press the button and put it on your finger), you wait a couple of seconds, it's very quick. It also has a very good feature that it bleeps at you if any of the observations are below the normal range (it has bleeped at me a few times!). Interestingly I had a recent visit from a NHS 111 paramedic and I gave them the reading from this - they then put me on their equipment, and the readings were identical, so I'm very re-assured by the accuracy of this device! I cannot comment on the battery life as I've not had it *that* long yet, but it has lasted over a month so far without needing the batteries changed.

Ok, if you get one that works.
Both O2 and pulse readings were all over the place.Pulse 22 and O2 at 73 - I would be dead if that was true, but then o2 at 99.However, relacement works fine (so far)
