Update:So I will leave my original review below in the event anyone is interested in it...Since my review, Ororo did reach out to me about my issues of the wires bunching up. They did even exchange the jacket itself at no cost in the event it was an odd defect/etc....I did receive the replacement item and have been using it. I did increase my review from 3-4 stars due to their customer service on the matter. Does the replacement still feel like it's bunching up...sadly it does but after talking to them and seeing 2 of the same it's just the way they are routing the heating wires and they will hopefully in the future run them slightly different.Overall it is a good heated jacket and worth what I paid for it...would still buy it again.**************************************************************************So I've had this coat for a short while at this time (about 30 days). Worn it maybe a dozen times...used it once using the heat feature on Halloween.Overall it's not a bad jacket. It's thick and warm, the zipper is decent and it's a decent fit on me anyways.The issue I have comes to the heat part of things. So in the few times I've worn this item, I've noticed that the wires in the left breast area keep moving around. The right area has not moved this entire time and lays flat, but sure enough the wires in the left have moved and are bunching up. I'm not sure how long this will truly last at this time (especially for the cost) as now I worry is it going to short out if I add the battery and try the heat again.Overall, it's a decent item...but maybe the quality control isn't always there? Maybe I got one that's defective in the stitching? People should be aware spending this much...that the wires bunch and that causes concern and not the greatest fit anymore...it's kind of annoying.

Absolutely LOVE this jacket! Phenomenal for walking the dog when it's chilly, or when the office decides to flash freeze all of its employees. The battery can take a while to charge, but that's merely a minor inconvenience. My one complaint is that when I received my jacket, it seems as though the wires on the left side of the jacket, (where the battery and button are located,) seem to have bunched up. It's actually visible from the outside, you can see a little bulge in the jacket where the wires are on that side. Other than that, my dog thanks me for not rushing her to do her business.The picture shows where the wires are bunched up and visible.

I bought this as it was recommended to me by my riding buddies. It's fantastic to have on those colder nights when the winds hit you. This jacket is also great for the office, where the temperatures can fluctuate. I've recommended to this to my colleagues as well, and a few have gone and bought their own. The battery does last almost the entire workday as long as you don't have it on full heat mode. White or Blue kept the longest. Red, maybe 2 hours, at best.My only gripe is that this is my second one because the first one I washed according to the instructions and it no longer works now. It powers up but doesn't warm up and the heating elements are all bunched at the bottom. I think the only fix needed is to figure out a better way to clean these without risking wrecking an expensive jacket.

My dad has serious health problems and is cold all of the time. I got this coat for him to stay warm especially when he leaves the house. The long battery life lets him use it all day. It really helps him stay warm.

Good Quality

As someone who is perpetually ice cold, my wife absolutely loves this jacket. She works in the medical field and hospitals are COLD. Her office is COLD. This jacket works all day for her and even after 8-10 hours the battery will have 1-2 dots of life left. She enjoys the fit and the fabric and that’s a compliment from her because she is someone who has a real issue with certain textures. Five stars!!

I gifted this to my boyfriend since he’s always cold. He’s really picky with his style of clothes but he wears this almost every morning going to work (we live in Wisconsin) I’m really happy with this product and I can tell he does too. It heats up pretty fast and lasts all day. I’m so glad he likes it and will be buying myself one too!
